It has been four months since I've been at Villanova and there isn't a day that goes by that, thanks to you, I realize how grateful I am to be here. It is because of your help, encouragement and dedication to help me, that I am attending Villanova. My mother cannot believe how much financial aid you were able to get for me. I want you to know how much I appreciate everything you have done for me.

I am currently graduating from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (UMDMJ) and have been working with Alan Kurland since I was a senior in High School. Not being much of an advance planner, I wasn't prepared for the rigors of the college search process. The visits, the essays, the supplemental essays, the choices, the guesswork, and the timelines: all of these things would have defeated my son and me. A friend recommended we call Alan Kurland. Alan was far and away, the best investment I have made in my life. My son unluckily has a writer and an artist for parents, which mean that our budget for college was extremely modest.

Our son ended up at Bard College with full money, (a combination of scholarship and financial aid). Without Alan's no-nonsense and expert knowledge of the entire process, we wouldn't know about college selection, nor would we have come close to being awarded the financial aid package that we received. Alan is also a pleasure to work with. Everything was always done on time. Alan has such a great sense of humor, he should do stand-up. It is only thanks to you that our lives are on the right track. Your dedication, care, and friendship made the last four years at George Washington University so easy. The financial aid that you were able to obtain for Alex was beyond fabulous. The best thing that I could do in return is to tell everyone I know what a difference you have made in our lives.
